It is a premium account. I did try to download it as I had a Premium membership. But it looks like the file is different. The file is 201.4 Mb, and is a RAR file.

It does not match the description of the 67 MB file mentioned here. Can someone please help me get the original magazine?

I managed to get a copy of this exact file from this magazine archive called freemagazinepdf.com. I got lucky, and I'm really happy to have found this:

It still works, and it is the exact same file as mentioned here for 65.9 Mb. I am however, still looking for the original September 2015 issue of GQ India. That particular issue is available nowhere in True PDF form. Those copies which are available in the Internet Archive and Scribd are sub-30Mb files which have poor resolution.
